it has been over 5 years since i have seen my dentist and i know that i have several cavities that need to be taken care of. also, my teeth are crooked and my front tooth has a chip, plus it is gradually deteriating because i use to eat alot (dentist whitening)

i want really white teeth and i have braces so i can not use whitening strips or stuff like that and the docter is just to expensive. brush with baking soda and rinse with hydrogen peroxide. tastes like crap but it should remove stains and yellowness better than toothpastes. avoid (dentist whitening)
