The local dentist has a special if i get my teeth cleaned they do a free teeth whitening, anyone ever done one of these? I use crest white strips on & off not consistent to see change as the strips are a sloppy process

yes, getting your teeth whitened by the dentist is way better than jusing crest white strips. I had my teeth done by the dentist en now the look beautiful, but not to white though, otherwise it will just look stupid
